How do I make the check-in into the apartment ?
If you need the airport transfer our representative (your account manager or a professional driver) will await you at the airport at the specified time with a sign for your name. If you don't need the airport transfer you have to call us on your arrival date in order to set up with your RomVision account manager the meeting time for the check-in.
Do you request a credit card guarantee ?
No, we don't.
Can I pay by credit card ?
Yes, we accept Visa and Master Card with 3% extra charge.
How will my reservation be confirmed ?
All the bookings have to be done through the reservation forms from the website. You will receive the confirmation email (with the confirmation number, pricing etc) and after that you just need to reconfirm it within 24 hours (the reonfirmation is done by following a link from our confimation mail).
