Reservation was very easy to perform, especially considering I had to organise such from Dubai

Accommodation was very good quality ... plenty of space with a modern kitchen and new bathroom. Location quite central, could walk to Old Town, plenty of banks nearby for currency exchange, supermarkets nearby for odds and ends, and taxi rank within 100m of apartment.

Facilities were all very good and modern, though a larger TV would have been appreciated (just considering size of screen and distance from couch)

Bogdan was very helpful and professional at all times

Apartment was very clean and the organised cleaners did a very good job mid-stay

Overall I would give the apartment a 5 and likely I will try to use RomVision for future trips and any groups I can organise

I have used RomVision since 2004, and have always been delighted by the professionalism and friendliness of the Staff. The apartments have always been Immaculate, and I have always enjoyed that there are enough kitchen utensils so that I can cook if I wanted to. I am looking for many more years of using RomVision. Even with a late change of apartment the reservation process was simple and efficient.

Quality of accommodation in the Portugal & Greece apartments: 5 stars
Though we were all used to larger bathroom suites, the quality of décor and accommodation in both apartments was superb. It was very easy to come back and relax comfortably in either setting after several hours exploring the city.

Facilities in the Portugal & Greece apartments: 4 1/2 stars
I would have scored this 5 stars again except our internet fell for several hours one day. Admittedly this was not RomVision's fault and should not really bias the score.

Very easy, until we had a last minute change of address! But that was handled as well as could have been expected

How would you rate your experience with RomVision?

Good to average, but having seen something of Bucharest I can understand why. The apartment itself was good, the bathroom disappointing, but nonetheless we did have a shower that got hot water after a few minutes. The kitchen was enough, but if we were staying for longer we would have needed more for our own cooking.

As a family travelling for a short time this was more than adequate for our needs, my concern would be if we needed to stay longer …

I had a very positive experience with Romvision. Irina was charming and helpful in her emails, and when there was a problem with the apartment I had booked, she gave us an executive apartment and a free airport transfer to compensate.

The quality of the accommodation was very good. Great location, nice kitchen (a couple of beers as well as the water and fanta in the fridge would be a nice touch after a long journey. Ursus.) Bathroom was lovely, great jacuzzi. My friend said the bedroom did get very hot at night, but the AC in the living room was excellent.

The facilities were very good, though the surround sound didn’t seem to be working 100% but that may just be me.

Staff attitude was good. Mircea pointed out some buildings of interest on the way from the airport. He recommended KFC and McDonalds at the apartment, and we would have liked some more authentic Romanian recommendations but he pointed us in the direction of some nice bars. Very efficient/proficient. 100% happy.

Apartment was clean.

I rate my experience a 5. Top quality service. Will recommend very highly, thank you.

I have to say that I though Bucharest was an amazing and beautiful place and I hope to return to Romania again. When I do I wouldn’t consider using any other accommodation service.

Sure I will help out with the feedback.

The reservation process went excellent and Irina worked very efficient.

The apartment itself was really good as well as the facilities. The only minus points is that there is a not so fresh smell in the bathroom which I think has to do with water during a long time in contact with the wooden “floor” in the shower is not such a good idea. Maybe time to install an alternative “floor”? Also the AC was a bit loud, but worked well.

Bogdan did a great job. Friendly, efficient, social and speaks a very good English. Great guy!

The cleaning was also as good as I could ask for.

So all in all I would rate my experience to be very close to a “5”.

I will certainly contact you again when I come to Bucharest next time.
